Emma and I took Daisy and her dog, Eigg, for a 5 mile evening walk at the Bohcastle loop. It was a really lovely evening and I am jiggered! I am so unfit!!! I could have done this walk twice over even just a year ago!!! It’s a kick that I have needed!

Pongo got home today and already Emily is struggling to get him in the crate… she’s going to have to be strict with him…
