Pancakes (not crepes)

Today started really well with my PDR review with both of my managers. It was a lovely time of encouragement and affirmation and I came away feeling very happy.

From there it was onto Shrewsbury Uni for a pancake (waffle) party, raising money for MM. It was really great to have the time to catch up with Fi - I’m grateful that my ‘new’ job gives me the opportunity to catch up with folk from my old job.

Back for another meeting and then off to meet Bryn for pancakes. Sadly, Chez Sophie was closed and so we ended up with American pancakes instead of proper thin ones but beggars can’t be choosers. Bryn’s wife is away so I was glad that he got somewhat of a meal inside him!
