A Wet Day

Yesterday the pool was not open due to a clarity issue with the water, so I headed over in hope today and was able to enjoy a relatively quiet pool.

On getting back it started to rain and didn't stop for the rest of the day.  L 's tooth has continued to give her problems so we headed to the dentist, only for a further appointment being needed to carry out the repair.  Driving along the motorway was not enjoyable with congestion and heavy rain combining.  I don't enjoy driving in these conditions, worse still if it is dark so we didn't hang around and headed straight back from the dentist.

This was parked outside the dentist's practice and gives a very good indication of the rain that was coming down.
