Parador de Cruz de Tejeda

A spa day up at the parador with lovely infinity pool looking out to the mountains. Followed by the best lunch so far, nice lamb stew, although the food generally has been disappointing especially as they have so much fresh local produce. It was a bit misty in the hills today (see extra) but still up at 26c ie a tad warmer than Scotland tbs.
