Cooling off

A dip in the stream is clearly called for. What isn't called for is the smell of Eau-de-chien-humide that permeates the kitchen shortly after. I managed to dodge the shaking shower, and some of the muddy footprints, but the odour knows no boundaries.
Sparky, as senior dog, just looked on from the sidelines, and probably tutted.
