Forward planning

Six of us spent an hour potting Nordmann fir saplings which we plan to grow to sell at a future Christmas event at the Community Orchard. I have no idea how quickly they will grow but it will be interesting to see their development.
The weather took a turn for the worse around lunchtime and we even had some hail. I was glad to get the woodburning stove lit.
