Momma and Baby

We had another lazy day. Everyone made their own breakfast. We read in the morning. My sister and I visited with the neighbor, catching up on the news on the ridge. We worry about her son. They found another cancerous growth, this time on his kidney. He must wait until his current cancer regimen is complete before having additional surgery. This momma cow and baby calf were in the pasture on our route. What a cutie. The guys rode their ATVs around the ridges until they were ready for lunch. We were chilled from being outside so we gathered by the fire. And that is probably where we will stay. I am happy that my sister and BIL are taking a break. They work way too hard at home.
