Catching up

On the pottery throw down tonight. There are just too many programmes on Sunday evening that we love to watch. BBC1 wins Sunday.

A man arrived at just before 9 to fix the garage door, and was done in half an hour.

The rest of my day has been full on work. When I stopped at lunchtime I made a birthday card, but just a 30 minute break. Finished at 5.30 and cooked skinny spaghetti bol for dinner. A tasty reduced calorie version with lots of vegetables and less mince.
