I've been stepped on and kicked by the kids today (not on purpose though).
I've realised my lower back pain is probably due to the fact that I'm still wearing those really knackered espadrilles I blipped last week - they're dreadful for my feet.
I was thinking of Freddy, the jewellery maker from Guatemala who made me this ankle bracelet - he was pretty funny.
Then I bought some new shoes online.
