3332. My Mom’s Brooch

I decided to get my wee Sony camera out today to use it to take a couple of photos.  The battery was deader than a dead thing so I had to wait whilst it charged up.

This brooch belonged to my Mom and I always think of her every time I see it as she used to skate when I was younger and she had quite a few “skating” related pieces of jewellery, as did I.

I’ve hardly used my “proper” cameras and using this today has made me think that I need to get either this wee Sony or my bigger Panasonic one out and use them!

We’ve had a very quiet day, which is most welcome as we’ve barely had a moment to spare since we got back from holiday.
