Tofu or not Tofu

Evora, Portugal - plan was to post lovely photo of the architecture but 39 degree heat defeated us and we crawled back to our hotel. But not before we spotted a veggie restaurant - something of a rarity in Spain and Portugal. Since our friends don't eat meat we felt we should try it out and glad to say it did not disappoint.
