Lunch for Borrowers and other Little People

When the weather is nice, most of the offices in Edinburgh empty out into Princes Street gardens - and its lovely to have such a pleasant green space with a great view on our doorstep. Good for lunch meet ups with friends (like today). Good for blippers too.

Tonight I'm going to a book launch for the children's author Lari Don's new book "Wolf Notes". Lari is a friend of a friend and Mrs42 got the author to come along to her school and do a reading after they had read her first book "First Aid for Fairies and other Fabled Beasts".

Hence the slightly stretched title :-)

In other news, looks like I've sorted a holiday out - two weeks of Greek island hopping. Lots of sun, a smattering of culture and not stagnating in one place for too long. Just waiting for a quote to come through, so fingers crossed.
