Dull and No Snow

A dull overcast day, windy and rained all day long, this evening too.  

Up early, headed for a late shift in the airport.  A busy day on the check-in desk, and then meeting and boarding flights this evening.  Most flights on time, a few minor delays.  Not much of a night for walkies, so feet up by the fire. 

The weather may have been dull today, but the local rumour mill has not been.  Living in a small island community, news spreads fast, which can be handy if you forgot what you were doing, drunk last night in the pub.  Sadly the rumour mill has had a very sad and horrific story today, I'm sure we'll hear the right news tomorrow.  A dull morning at Mail beach on my way to work, Cunningsburgh.
