Birthday tulips

The lady of the house here always has fresh flowers, usually from the garden, in almost every room, but I suspect that this vase of beautiful tulips was a gift for her birthday.

I accidentally managed to include a tiny bit of Mindi in the bottom right-hand corner as she was watching the birds at the feeder outside. Can you see her?
