View from the back

... which is a bit daft as, again, I've spent most of the day gardening at the front. The hedge at the front is, in fact, two hedges, one in front of the other - plus another bush at the gate end - plus loads of ivy. It's a nightmare. Over yesterday and today I've filled three tubs and the green bin. And yet what I've achieved is the tip of the iceberg. That said, it's been mild and sunny again, and I took periodic breaks so didn't end up with a migraine as I did yesterday. Phew! Also wore thick leather gardening gloves as the front hedge is blooming hawthorn, which I hate in a domestic setting.

Now we approach a beef dinner. Can't wait!
