Fern in Buttercups

The area alongside the burn is normally boggy but this year it's not too wet. It was good to see a number of Water Avens down there a couple of weeks ago, we now have fox gloves dotted around and a mass of buttercups. When browsing the area looking for a blip I thought the fern and buttercups looked good together. Although taking a shot of them was another matter, after experimenting for some time the midges proved to be too much and I had to leave.
