Someone's Watching

Today these 'spying eyes' (as one colleague memorably described them) appeared in the office kitchen. They have been placed above the sinks and on the dishwasher, where there are already signs instructing people to wash up. Apparently, the feeling of being watched encourages people to clean up after themselves. I find this gesture both annoying and amusing. Annoying, because as I'm an adult I don't need notes or signs or anything else to motivate me to clean up my own mess. On the other hand, how can you not be amused by the absurdity of this?
