A leisurely morning & lunch before taking HatBox and SkyeMan to Luton airport, as they were catching a flight to Budapest.

Then on the drive back, we headed to Lee Valley so that Elbows could walk Mabel whilst I did a chilly swim. It was chilly.
But beautiful too. I was the only one swimming so chatted to the 2 lifeguards which made it all the more merrier.

Home and jobs and then Elbows and I headed to a local pub for a light supper - and endless games of Monopoly Deal. So it was an unusually nice Saturday with time with Elbows that I don’t normally get.

The photo is of a small section of the empty white water rafting course. We’ve done it a couple of times in the past and think it’s brilliant. Lee Valley is a remarkable place.
