The waiting game.......

Went for pre - op consultation for my cataract today and spent a lot of time sitting in the waiting room, waiting for an eye check, waiting for the (painful) drops to work and then waiting to see the consultant.
All went well and hopefully will go under the knife within the month.
Only snag was that I had arranged for No 2 son to pick me up and my vision was too blurred to find his number on my mobile and had to get help from a grown up!
