Very muddy and slippery underfoot for this week’s Park Run - definitely not a day for speed, not that you’d notice in my case! Here I am, going round the bend and blocking out the Tor behind me. The rest of the day has been spent watching 6 Nations Rugby. Sophie had the first of her shows this afternoon, watched by Kate and a friend. Tess has joined Kate to watch this evening’s show. My turn tomorrow.
