Flying Solo in OK-FLY
After 2 days of being grounded by bad weather, finally I got back in the air in the Piper Archer III (PA-28-181) for an hour and 22 minutes of solo time, flying circuits around Sazena airport (LKSZ google maps: Sazena Airport).
What a great airplane, now it's starting to feel very comfortable managing the fuel pump and the fuel tank selector while flying. Tomorrow a little more solo time, and then we start steep turns and I think preparations for cross-country.
I felt comfortable enough to snap a quick picture while on the downwind leg on one of the circuits - of myself where the copilot's seat is visibly empty :-)
The second solo is also a good feeling, but not as dramatic as the first.
