Upgrading
I've fully committed to getting the best out of this journey, and that's meant some changes and so trials.
Today's trial is a new smart watch. Of course, when I say new I mean a relatively cheap 2nd hand one to see if it helps. Initial reactions are there are lots of tools I can add to this to help with both my time blindness and also making a pomodoro focus routine stick (for times when Flow Club isn't viable, as that's working).
Today I've also started a list of all the tactics and coping mechanisms which are working. It'll be a good reminder for when I drop out of the habit on some, and need prompting to try again.
