CHÚC MỪNG NĂM MỚI

The main festivities for lunar new year are today, but they extend days either side. Around here a few houses and gardens are decorated with lanterns, flags and flowers, all on the red sprectum, including this plant on the way to yoga. Afterwards, at the local Vietnamese restaurant we were invited to take home some sweets - mini Fry’s Turkish Delight and a little yellow box of lotus nut cakes for me.
