Rainbow Trout

I'd like to say my husband caught these, but he's been busy in the garden all day, so he didn't! However, he is Secretary of the local Angling Club and these are a gift from a couple of club members, who caught nine in total. Nobody needs nine trout, so he was given these:-)

They've now been "dealt with" and are soaking in brine overnight to get rid of the earthy taste they have when fresh, so we shall be enjoying one for our dinner tomorrow, baked simply in foil with lemon and butter, and the other will go in the freezer.
