Renting the place?

Or just using it... Anyway, it looks like this guy has moved in, or under our roof - luckily outdoors :) - and based on the way she is staying put no matter what we do, I'm guessing she already has some eggs in the nest. Well, of course we let her stay there - just hoping that the family won't be very messy one - as you always hope with tenants ;)
