Blipped through the office window: I spotted the gardener across the road having his sneaky fag behind the hedge. It made me and Ed laugh because we know exactly what the couple are like who employ this man - I'll say no more about that!

The sun was shining on the outside world today, but inside we had some dark clouds overhead - one of those days when feelings of violence towards certain impossible people overwhelmed me. I think the answer is to look for situations vacant in the lighthouse keeping world. Either that or I borrow this bloke's lighter and petrol can.....

For the time being I will relax by slumping in front of the tennis.
A shocker that Nadal got knocked out in the first round yesterday!! Particularly annoying for Pete, as he popped along to the betting shop at lunchtime yesterday and put a bet on Nadal to win the Wimbledon title this year.... oopsie.
