Wonderful Diet!

Another day, another friend, another lunch. Thus being retired is so hard!!! On a wet and windy day in Shanklin, Denise and I had a drink and a sandwich. No mayonnaise for her as she is watching the calories. The hot chocolate with all the trimmings, however? No! that doesn’t count at all!!! Her face says it all!
