More Tesco roses

I thought I’d treat myself when I bought some for my friend’s birthday. In the morning I was expecting the carpenter who will replace the original Victorian windows in my bay with new wood, double glazed panes, with some additional technology which helps keep the draughts out and the warm in - hopefully.  
I thought I’d better tidy up the living room a bit - and then thought they were so nice they would be good for the day’s blip.  
In the afternoon I was at Oxfam - it was very strange, we had almost no book donations this week.  So I went round to the oxfam bookshop (ours is a general shop which has a small book section). They gave me a couple of bags full of fiction paperbacks they hadn’t sold. They were surprisingly ok, so I was able to refill our shelves.  I hope people get decluttering again soon and bring us lots of discarded books!
