Rain

We have a met office weather warning for rain that will continue into tomorrow morning.  So no excursions to the allotment today and the closest I will get to any gardening is tidying up and watering houseplants.  This is my new amaryllis from Wisley, very close to bursting into flower, with evidence of the rain on the window.
The rain has also brought down the temperature in my office as well and most of the weekend plans have been cancelled as my husband has tested positive for Covid again - this time it was from the chain-sawing refresher course.
Back to m****** again.  :-(
