Little Sticky Toffee Puddings

This is a recipe that my sister raved about. She makes it at Christmas time each year. As I have been invited to a friend’s for lunch on Saturday where we all bring something I thought I would give this recipe a try. I will also add a Pecan Toffee Sauce which I will make on the day. All will be heated in microwave and served with a dollop of cream.
I will freeze the puddings until I need to use.
