Shouts of encouragement were coming from high up in the trees as a group of teenagers were enjoying the challenges at the Go Ape centre in Dalkeith.  There are climbing towers, nets, swinging walkways and probably the most exciting are the different zip wires stretching across a wide open section between the trees on the sides of the bank of the river.  I wish I was younger and fitter to have the confidence to have a go.
