Winter's Claes Line

A lovely day, mostly calm, the odd snowy shower passing over and fairly sunny.  Lovely calm evening. 

Up early, got washing out after breakfast.  Morning walkies around Scalloway.  Headed down to Laura's before lunch.  Popped by Madeline's after lunch.  Mam came along in the afternoon.  Me and Sammy got caught in a heavy snow shower in the afternoon.  Working in the shop this evening, and a busy night of customers.  More walkies, then feet up. 

A lovely winter's day to be off.  Chores still need to be done, it may be cold, but there's no excuses for not getting washing out.  I managed to get my washing fairly dry, and that crisp frosty smell is always lovely when taking the washing in.  Laura had the same idea, and had a load out too.  Taken at Laura's, Blett Road, Cunningsburgh.
