Eye of the beholder

We are debating a colour for the bedroom walls and are looking for inspiration.

I fancy duck egg, which in my mind is a paleish, soft and chalky blue/grey/green. After getting our fingers burned paint- wise recently, we are being eminently sensible and have invested in a few testers all called 'duck egg'.

They might as well be called chalk and cheese, for they are as different from each other, and nothing like duck egg, as it is almost possible to be.

Back to the drawing board, perhaps one of these shades will suit....
