Oh Happy Day # 2

More from one of the loving lorikeets from 9th June. That was the day I blipped the Lorikeet Lovin' series.

Today we went on a wonderful guided hike for just over 2 hours in the Belair National Park. It happened to take us on the same path where I shot the 2 lovin' lorikeets. You would not believe it, but only metres away from where that shot was taken, I spotted this lorikeet, hanging out of the nest hollow in the tree.

Could it be one of the lovers, now a parent - from a few weeks ago? I guess anything is possible.
