It’s a good recipe this one, I may have even blipped it before. It always looks nice before it goes in, the courgettes all carefully arranged (and the best use of the mandolin I got a few years back). Unfortunately I only remembered to take a picture once it was already half wrapped up.

Last day off work today, finally feeling pretty much normal come the end of it.
