Notes: My Amazon anti-fungals showed up before dawn as promised and I tried one on each underarm to see which worked better. Headed out before 8a, with a stop at Walmart and then Food Patch (didn't get anything there). Onto to the AAA Car Care, got there around 830a for oil change and to check other areas. I walked to the nearby Aldi (very near Al's old place) - quite cold and windy but bright sun. Got a bag full of stuff and walked back. Report around 1030a showed a bunch of little things that needed attention or replacing so I went ahead w/ all those (tires are in good shape thankfully) and was there until ~1230p! Was really tired and over waiting but did talk to a nice little old lady (87yo) for the last hour or so. $500 later I was out of there, I do trust them and really like them tho and car did feel better driving out of there (may have been in my head but I'll take it!). Back and made some kale chips and then warmed up a burger and put it on sprouted bread (new one from Aldi I'm trying) with avocado, sprouts and nutritional yeast. Shower and then later made a big batch (4 cups) of goat milk and am trying a kefir made w/ hemp milk. Quiet low key rest of the day.
