Thank you Terry Pearce, allotment No.12 North. Hetty found this pile of manure too difficult to resist!

Lots of rain overnight but, thankfully, not during this morning's walk.

I took a different route, found a stately (grand) home, that I knew was there, but I had never crossed the necessary fields for a view before.

As usual, lots of people with dogs to chat to.
