3002 SW Trenton Street - update

Some of you might remember the tiny (380 square foot) house sitting on a 7500 square foot lot, which was up for sale back in March of 2013, for a mere $159K.

Well... it sold. Turns out, just as expected that a developer purchased the property, razed the existing structure, and is now building a brand new 2 story, 4 bedroom home which will be listed at $579K when complete.
