Despite the rain

The usual Tuesday afternoon tea with friends then a walk home accompanied by the starling mumerations. I was surprised to see them tonight as it is very wet and windy but nothing seems to put them off. I shall miss them when they go and I’m not quite sure how long they will continue their beautiful aerial displays.
