Ripply reflections

Up to the nursing home this morning to visit J. He’d eaten some breakfast and was drinking plenty of milk. So hopefully he can now work on getting his strength back.

Then healthy me did the grocery shopping - so I’ve just been hunting around for snacks when I was feeling peckish mid afternoon!
