Another Lighthouse.

Roter Sand Lighthouse

Is a lighthouse in Lower Saxony, Germany. I received the ceramic lighthouse from a friend who lives in Germany. The ceramic has a ‘candle’ which sits in the base and lights up the beacon. Not very successful.

Wishing to more about this particular and unique lighthouse I purchased a book about it through Amazon.

Unfortunately the text is in German. Fortunately it is profusely illustrated.
