Shoes

We seem to have rather a lot of running shoes between us - and these aren't all of them! I do have 2 pairs that are almost worn out and have already bought replacements, Mr Rat is even worse than me at getting rid of old ones.
A rather dull and damp day, though not as wet as expected. I made some bread and went to buy a couple of things before spending quite a bit of time on crafts.
This evening I went running with the club instead of my ladies' group, there are a lot who'd run on Saturday, including the leader, and it was a flat route - I didn't get left too far behind and never alone.
