Colours of the Moor
Dartmoor has many man-made leats which historically have been used to redirect water from rivers to supply drinking water or to be harnessed for industrial use. This one is located east of Cadover Bridge on the Western side of the moor. This morning it was overcast and misty when i took this image and the weather conditions seemed to enhance the Winter colours.
(I'm currently trying to manage a few computer glitches so getting a bit behind with looking at other journals. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon!)
