Snowdrops

Damp start to the day, but out at 10 for a wee daunder around the park in very light rain. Near the Comiston House Doocot, the snowdrops have appeared. In the background top left is an old tree branch which has rotted away. I always imagine it to be a dinosaur skull. Once I got home, the rain got a lot heavier.

After lunch, the rain continues, too heavy for the walk up to Swanston. Just before 3, the rain goes off, so partner and I go out for a wee walk. A short period of rain at the start, but then dry. A nice walk in dull conditions. Lots of people out making the most of this short lull in the weather. Get home for afternoon coffee, and the rain restarts.
