I'm pretty sure this blossom wasn't there when I walked down this road last Thursday..it seems quite early but I probably think that every year.

A long day with not much achieved (in my view). I did have my annual review which was good, including a bit about what I want to do next (mainly more of the same but working across less stakeholders). We've still got a pay freeze so performance doesn't make much difference but both me and my boss came away happy.
