Too Long in the beak

Photographed this starling that came down to feed. Look at the size of its beak, it had to turn its head onto the side to be able to eat, It seems to manage quite well. The top of the beak is the trouble. Its being around for a year or two, I wonder if I catch it whether a vet could trim down the beak. I feel rather sad for it as the beak seems to be still growing.
