Birdy

Late this afternoon I photographed the flower of a Pandanus Palm, just across the road from us in a neighbour's place. I've photographed and blipped Pandanus many times - they are a very common local plant. The fruit are dramatically colourful, but I think this is the first time I've photographed the flower. I was struck by its bird-like shape.
