Footpath

Back to bed after Bailey's breakfast but we were up and out for a quick walk before nine and before the favourite people came to collect us for a walk from Skellingthorpe to Doddington Hall. The weather was better than forecast and we had a good walk, although Bailey did not repeat his excellent walking of last week and was in his carrier within a few minutes, in both directions. We tried out the new cafe at Doddington which was busy with lots of other folk doing the same thing. Back down the path and home to get on with some weekend jobs having done a couple of work jobs yesterday. I gave the kitchen a good clean and cleared the surfaces a little. Reading and not much else this afternoon and evening and I think I am sort of ready for the last week of Term 3.
