Getting down and looking up

Haha. Sounds like a good mantra to me!!

Elbows returned from New York this morning. I had a few jobs that needed doing, including dogs and dropping car in for an MOT but then walked up to Cockfosters to meet Anna and Chris for a treat sized bite to eat.

We had a lovely few hours together and then Anna and I walked back. I think I was walking today for just under 3 hours!

These flowers are birthday flowers that are still lasting. I think our cold lounge is helping their longevity! :-)
