Dog walk

Joined Anita and Liz on their 'Friday dog walk' this morning, mostly along the canal towpath from Marsden towards Slaithwaite. Back via the excellent 'Wild' café where we paused for refreshment.  

Jerry, Anita's spaniel, was interested only in following the sniffs and seeking out ducks to chase (none today), but Bonnie, a very friendly and energetic Gordon setter ran many times the distance we walked, and several times mischievously jumped up to look me in the eye! Suspect she was thinking of doing that in this shot, but thankfully she didn't!
We got back to the car park just before the rain started in earnest.

A very enjoyable morning that extended well into the afternoon...
